⏱️ The Delivery Schedule

Your total wait time is broken down into two distinct phases:

  • Order Fulfill Time (2 – 4 Business Days): This is our internal prep window. We use this time to verify your order, pack everything up securely, and pass the box over to our shipping carriers. (We only process orders Monday through Friday, so weekends and U.S. federal holidays don't count here!)

  • Carrier Transit Time (3 – 6 Business Days): This is the actual travel time. Once the mail carrier takes over, your package will spend this long on the road before landing at your door.

📦 Tracking Your Box

Stop guessing where your stuff is! The moment your package leaves our hands, we’ll automatically shoot an email over to you with a tracking code. Just click it to watch your package move. (Note: Give the system about 24 hours to show the first live update).

🏠 A Quick Note on Typing Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is 100% correct before hitting that buy button. If a package goes missing or gets sent back to us because of a typo, wrong zip code, or a forgotten apartment/suite number, Saharla Hassan won’t be able to cover the replacement or loss.
